Are the USBs duplicates of previous collections?

No, they aren’t duplicates. However, Collections 1-3 are included in the Ultimate Collection Pt. 1, and Collections 4-6 are in Ultimate Collection Pt. 2. Each Ultimate Collection also features over 200 new mixes from the archives.


I’ve placed an order. Can I pay extra for next-day delivery or collect my items?

Currently, we don’t offer next-day delivery or in-person collection. However, we aim to dispatch all in-stock items as quickly as possible. If an item is out of stock, this will be clearly noted on our website and communicated to customers.


How long does it take to receive my items?

We advise that delivery of USB collections and clothing items can take up to 2 weeks.


Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss return and refund options. All items must be returned in their original condition for a full refund. Please note: USB/Digital downloads are excluded from refunds. 


Do you deliver internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international delivery. We currently deliver only within [the UK]. We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to expand our delivery options in the future.

 

How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a “Track Order” link. Click this link to monitor your order’s progress in real-time.
